Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you have the option of returning it and obtaining a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs). To start the return process, please write to us at info@centagulles.com stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Size Changes
We understand that finding the perfect size can be tricky. If you need a size change, we're happy to help. Neither the return of the incorrect size nor the shipment of the new size will be charged. To request a size change, please email us at info@centagulles.com with your order number and desired size.
