To find out what your size is, take your favorite t-shirt/polo and note the following measurements:

Cure:

Washing: You can wash the garment by hand or in the washing machine with a delicate program at 0 degrees (If it is wool with a wool program, if it is cotton with a delicate program). Turn it inside out to avoid friction that creates balls.

Drying: Do not use the dryer. Hang the garment on a clothes hanger and let it dry.

Ironing: Do not iron the piece. Just pass the steam.
